隱私權政策
藍教頭包車旅遊（以下稱「我們」）依《個人資料保護法》第 8 條，向你說明我們在本網站與詢價服務中如何蒐集、處理及利用你的個人資料。
1蒐集者與聯絡方式
蒐集者：藍教頭包車旅遊（宜蘭縣）。
個資相關問題、查詢或刪除請求：官方 LINE @blue-charter，或電話 0935-814-087（每日 08:00–21:00）。
2蒐集目的
- 回覆包車、機場接送詢價並提供報價（法定特定目的：〇九〇 消費者、客戶管理與服務；〇六九 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務）。
- 完成訂車後的派車、行前聯繫與行程安排。
- 在你同意的情況下，統計網站使用情形以改善內容（〇四〇 行銷中之統計調查與分析，不用於廣告投放）。
3蒐集的資料類別

4利用期間、地區、對象及方式
- 期間：未成立訂單的詢價資料，自最後一次聯繫起保存 1 年後刪除；已成立訂單的資料，依稅務與契約相關法令所需期間保存。網站統計資料依 Google Analytics 設定保存 14 個月。
- 地區：資料儲存於我們使用的雲端服務（Vercel、Neon 資料庫、Google Analytics），伺服器可能位於台灣境外。
- 對象：僅限我們的客服與執行該趟行程的司機。我們不出售、不出租你的個人資料，也不提供給其他業者行銷使用；但依法令或主管機關要求者除外。
- 方式：以電子方式儲存，傳輸全程使用 HTTPS 加密，後台僅限授權人員登入存取。
5Cookie 與瀏覽器儲存
本網站在你的瀏覽器中保存下列必要設定，不會傳給第三方：語言選擇（bc-lang）、旅客類型（bc-persona）、版面測試分組（bc-ab-*）、Cookie 同意狀態（bc-consent），以及避免重複送出詢價的暫存紀錄。
只有在你按下「同意」後，網站才會載入 Google Analytics 並設定 _ga 開頭的 Cookie。你可以隨時 ，或在瀏覽器中清除 Cookie。
6你的權利
依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，你可以向我們請求：查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理或利用、刪除你的個人資料。請透過第 1 點的聯絡方式提出，我們會在確認身分後 15 日內回覆。
7不提供資料的影響
你可以自由決定是否提供個人資料。若未提供聯絡方式、日期或上下車地點，我們可能無法回覆報價或安排車輛；你仍可直接以 LINE 或電話詢問。
8政策修訂
本政策如有修訂，會更新於本頁並標示生效日期。重大變更時，網站的 Cookie 通知會再次請你確認。

What we collect and why
When you request a quote we collect your name, contact details, ride date and time, pickup and drop-off, number of guests, your notes, the type of trip you selected and how you reached the site. We use them only to quote, arrange and run your trip. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage so we can improve the site. We do not use it for advertising.
Retention and sharing
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted one year after our last contact. Booking records are kept as long as tax and contract law requires. Data is stored with Vercel, Neon and Google, whose servers may be outside Taiwan. Only our staff and your driver can see it. We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
Essential settings (language, trip type, layout test group, consent choice, duplicate-submission guard) stay in your browser. Analytics cookies (_ga*) are set only after you click “Accept”, and you can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to view, copy, correct, stop the use of, or delete your data. Contact us and we will reply within 15 days of verifying your identity.
