- 出發前 12 小時內取消收 50%；司機抵達後取消收全額。Cancel within 12 hours: 50%. After the driver arrives: full fare.

LINE 問我們Ask on LINE費用包含哪些？有隱藏費用嗎？What's included? Any hidden fees?
報價包含司機薪資、油資、過路費、車輛保養與乘客責任保險。不含停車費（事先告知）、司機餐費（NT$200／餐）及多日行程司機住宿費（NT$2,000／晚）。不安排購物站，也不推銷。
Driver, fuel, tolls, vehicle upkeep and passenger liability insurance are included. Parking (agreed in advance), driver meals (NT$200 each) and driver lodging on multi-day trips (NT$2,000 per night) are not. No shopping stops, no sales pitches.
宜蘭常下雨，行程會受影響嗎？It rains a lot in Yilan. Will my trip suffer?
每條路線都可準備雨天備案。出發前一天會聯繫確認天氣，必要時改走室內觀光工廠、溫泉或美食路線。
Every route has a rainy-day version. We check the forecast with you the day before and can switch to factories, hot springs or food stops.
如何確認是否為合法包車？How do I know the charter is licensed?
我們使用交通部核發「R 字頭」營業車牌，並非 A／B 字頭白牌車。訂車前可要求提供車牌號碼及營業證件影本，保障乘車安全、保險與法律權益。
Our van carries an R-prefix commercial plate issued by the Ministry of Transportation, not an A/B private plate. Ask for the plate number and business documents before booking.
多久前需要預訂？可以臨時預約嗎？How far ahead should I book?
建議至少提前 3–7 天預約，連假與暑假建議提前 2–4 週。臨時需求歡迎 LINE 詢問，我們會盡力安排。
3–7 days ahead is ideal, and 2–4 weeks for holidays and summer. Last-minute? Message us on LINE and we'll try.
可以帶嬰兒、輪椅或行動不便的長輩嗎？Can you take babies, wheelchairs or seniors?
可以。預約時告知需求，我們可準備嬰兒安全座椅、輪椅固定設備，並協助上下車。

取消或更改行程的規定是什麼？What's the cancellation policy?
行程異動請於出發 24 小時前告知；出發前 12 小時內取消，收取 50% 費用；司機抵達後取消，收取全額。需要更改時間或景點，請盡早透過 LINE 告知。
Please tell us about changes 24 hours ahead. Cancelling within 12 hours of departure costs 50%; after the driver arrives, the full fare. Message us on LINE as early as you can.
如何付款？需要先付全額嗎？How do I pay? Is it all up front?
不需要。確認日期、路線、車型與報價後，支付 50% 訂金即保留車輛，尾款於行程當日支付。可用銀行轉帳（帳號於報價確認後由客服提供）、LINE Pay 或信用卡／指定付款連結；付款連結由客服確認後提供，網站不做立即線上付款。
No. Once date, route, vehicle and price are confirmed, a 50% deposit holds the van and the rest is paid on the day. Bank transfer (account details sent after we confirm), LINE Pay or a card payment link we send after confirming. The website never takes payment.
你們是販售旅行社套裝行程嗎？Do you sell tour packages?
不是。本服務以包車接送與路線建議為主，景點、餐食、門票與行程內容可依旅客需求調整。如需完整套裝旅遊規劃，可協助媒合合作旅行社。
No. We provide the vehicle, driver and route advice; stops, meals and tickets are up to you. For a full package tour we can refer you to a partner travel agency.
花蓮、蘇花或山區路線需要如何調整？What about Hualien, the Suhua Highway or mountain roads?
花蓮、蘇花公路、山區及長途跨縣市路線，需依當日路況、天候與交通管制調整，建議預約前先與客服確認。我們會提供順路建議與備案，但無法保證管制狀況。
These routes depend on road conditions, weather and closures on the day, so check with us before booking. We'll suggest alternatives, but we can't guarantee road access.
